Everyone is too busy worrying about their own insecurities to notice yours

The first credit card I applied for was not approved.

The first time I took the driver’s test, I didn’t pass.

The first release date I announced for my book was canceled.

The first short film I submitted to Highbridge didn’t get in.

The first cheesecake I made had the graham cracker crust mixed in.

The first day of 7th grade, I farted in class.

The first date I went on wasn’t actually a date.

The first love interest role I was cast in I didn’t know how to play lovable.

The first film I shared on YouTube, I misspelled Christmas without the “H.”

Did anyone notice?

Sure.

But I can assure you, nobody else noticed as much as I did.

Everyone is too busy worrying about their own insecurities to notice yours.
