You Are Strong. You Are Worth It.

“Strong” doesn’t always mean

Holding weights at the gym.

It means holding them

In your heart

At the grocery store

When you have to decide.

“Worth it” doesn’t always mean

Paying full price with card.

It means paying early

Each morning

In the dark

When you’d rather do anything else.

After much practice,

You build strength to see

What is worth it,

And you see worth

In the strength you’ve built.

But if recent musicals

Have taught you anything,

You know stamina

Wanes,

And you can’t walk along for long.

That’s why we are here.

We see you.

You are strong,

And we know

You are worth it.
